CHUPACABRA COFFEE
1 oz cream of coconut
.75 oz black raspberry syrup
2 oz High Brew Dark Black & Bold
1.5 oz Chupacabra Rum
Garnish with grated chocolate
CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
In a shaker with ice add:
1.5 oz Island Getaway Coconut Rum
1.5 oz lime juice
1.5 oz double simple syrup Shake vigorously and strain into a coup garnished with a lime wheel. Add 1 drop of Peychaud's Bitters to the center. Make it Keto with Swerve Simple Syrup.
MOJITO
In a shaker muddle:
5 lime wedges
10-15 mint leaves
1 oz double simple syrup
Add a scoop of ice then:
1.5 oz HYE White Rum
Shake and add to a collins glass
Add ice and top with soda
Garnish with a lime wheel & mint sprig.
PAINKILLER
In a shaker add:
1.5 oz White Rum
4 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
1 oz pulp-free OJ
1oz Coco Lopez
Shake and strain over ice.
Top with fresh grated nutmeg *sub dark, coconut, or spiced rums
PURPLE COVE COLADA
In a blender add:
2 scoops of ice
1.5 oz Island Getaway Coconut Rum
2 oz Coco Lopez
1 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
1 oz double simple syrup
5 large blackberries Blend 30-45 seconds Pour into a tall glass and garnish with fresh blackberries.
PALOMA
1.5 oz. Jinn Craft
3 oz. Soda Water (or Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda)
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Grapefruit Wheel
Pink Salt Rim (optional)
Rim half a glass with pink salt. Add ice and Jinn Craft. Add grapefruit juice and top it with soda water/grapefruit soda. Gently stir. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
PINA COLADA
In a blender add:
2 scoops ice
1.5 oz HYE White Rum or Island Getaway Coconut Rum
3 oz Coco Lopez
3 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
Blend for 30-45 seconds
Pour into a hurricane glass and float HYE Dark
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
HOT BUTTERED RUM
For the Hot Buttered Rum Batter:
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg pinch ground cloves
Small pinch salt
For Each Mug of Hot Buttered Rum:
2 heaping T. Hot Buttered Rum Batter
2 oz. dark or dark spiced rum 6 oz. boiling water Whipped cream {optional}
CRANBERRY MULE
2 oz. Jinn Craft
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Cranberry Syrup
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Orange or Lime Wheels, Rosemary or Mint for Garnish
For the cocktail, combine Jinn Craft, lime juice, and the cranberry syrup (with whole cranberries) in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and pour over fresh ice in a highball or copper mule mug and top with ginger beer. Garnish with citrus and herbs.
SINGAPORE SLING
1 1/2 ounces JINN Craft gin
1 ounce Bénédictine Liqueur
1/2 ounce cherry liqueur
1 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces club soda
Lemon slice, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
HURRICANE
In a Hurricane glass packed with ice:
3/4 oz HYE Rum White
3 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
1 oz pulp free OJ
1/2 oz grenadine or passion fruit juice
Float with HYE Rum Dark
Garnish with pineapple wedge, orange slice & Luxardo cherries.
Can be made in a large batch.

1 1/2 ounce JINN Craft gin
1 ounce blackberry liqueur
1 ounce lemon juice
Shake and top with soda
